1. Medical History & Lifestyle Discussion
- Share any health concerns, menstrual symptoms, or family health history.

2. Vital Signs & Physical Exam
- Height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate are measured.
- General physical check for overall health and preventive care
3. Breast Exam
- Manual check for lumps or abnormalities in breast tissue.

4. Pelvic Exam & Pap Smear
- Visual and manual inspection of reproductive organs for abnormalities
- May include a pap smear to test for cervical cancer (cell sample taken quickly and painlessly)
5. Additional Screenings
- STD/STI screenings, blood tests, or bone density checks based on individual needs or age
- Recommendations personalized for each patient.
6. Provider Consultation & Questions
- Final discussion on findings, recommendations, and future health goals.
